Actually, I have to say that my first experience of dealing with ToolStore led to me making a mental note that it would be a good idea to business with them again. Here's why: Before I made a purchase, I had to call to ask some questions about the items. I spoke to a real person whose first language was English (shocker). They were really helpful and good natured, and I could immediately tell that I was speaking to someone who was honest. I obtained the information I needed, placed the order and it arrived FAST and was packaged well. That's all you need, right?

Rhobust cart with solid wheels for ease of movement.
Very free movement of spool making it easy to unwind and the handle makes it appear lightweight and easy for winding back in.
Some concerns when I unpacked the product because the hose appeared 'crushed' in a couple of places by the cable ties holding it together for shipping and consequently when the water was switched on it came through as a 'trickle'.
Unwound the whole hose which released the 'blockage' and rewound again with the water pressure and all good now.
All in all a great product.
